Welcome to Printee AI. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Overview

Printee AI allows customers to generate AI images and place them on print-on-demand products manufactured by Printful.

2. AI Content Responsibility

By submitting prompts or images, you agree that:

  • You own the rights to any image you upload

  • Your prompts do not violate copyright or contain illegal content

  • You do not submit harmful, hateful, or NSFW prompts

Printee AI is not responsible for customer-generated content.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders using inappropriate or illegal prompts.

3. Use of Service

You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt the website

  • Generate content that infringes others’ rights

4. Orders & Fulfillment

All products are:

  • Manufactured on demand by Printful

  • Shipped directly from Printful to the customer

  • Subject to Printful production timelines (usually 2–7 business days)

We are not responsible for Printful delays, shipping issues, or manufacturing defects, but we will assist in resolving them.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in CAD or USD.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

6. Accuracy of Designs

AI-generated images are unique and may vary from expectations.
Mockups represent the product as accurately as possible but slight variations may occur.

7. Returns

Because items are custom-made, returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged items

  • Misprints

  • Wrong items received

8. Limitation of Liability

Printee AI is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Production delays

  • AI generation differences

  • Issues caused by customer-submitted content

Maximum liability is the product’s purchase price.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ontario, Canada law.
