At Printee AI, every product is custom-made for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

However, we will fully replace or refund items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect item sent

To request a replacement:

Email printeeai@gmail.com within 20 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the defect

Printful requires photo proof, so include clear images.

Approved claims will be replaced at no cost.
